When will I receive my printed or embroidered shirts?

• It usually takes 8 to 10 business days to print or embroider the shirts plus 3 to 5 business days to ship. So that's 2 to 3 weeks until delivery of the shirts to your door. If you need to rush your order please call 1-800-206-6024 or fax your order to 858-653-3037.

What type of file can I submit?

• We prefer file formats such as:
  Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or (.eps) files. Mac or PC
  Corel Draw
  Photoshop
  
  Make sure you create outlines for your fonts if you are submitting a vector file.
  
• We also accept these type of files.
  .JPG   .GIF   .BMP   .TIFF, for these types of files please make sure you send us the highest resolution and largest size of your image (300 DPI or greater preferred).  If your files is larger than 20 MB please send it by mail.
  
• If your file type is not listed please send it anyways and we will do our best to work with that file. If we can't process your request we will contact you and find a solution.

Where do I send my artwork?

• Artwork can be emailed to us at art@shirtwholesaler.com. Please be sure to include your name or order # with your email so we can reference your order. If you know the PMS values of the colors in your logo, please include these as well. If your file is larger than 20 MB (megabyte) please send it by mail.
  
  
• You can also mail your logo to us on a CD, Zip,  3.5" disk or a hard copy.

What is the minimum for printing or embroidery orders?

• Minimum order for screen printing is 48 shirts.
• Minimum order for embroidery is 36 items.
• You can choose your shirts or caps from our online catalog.

Does Size Matter?

• When it comes to printing, size does not matter. Screen printing is charged by the number of colors in your logo.
  
• But for embroidery, size does matter. Embroidery is priced by the number of stitches in your logo. Embroidery is not charged by the number of colors in your logo. You can use up to 6 thread colors at no extra cost. A small left chest logo usually ranges anywhere from 4000 to 7000 Stitches.
  
• Here are some estimated stitch counts for Embroidery.
  Logo size 2 inches wide by 1.5 inches high = 5000 Stitches approx.
  Logo size 3" by 1.5" = 6500 Stitches approx.
  Logo size 2" by 3" = 7500 Stitches approx.
  Logo size 3" by 3" = 9000 Stitches approx.

1. Reduce the number of colors in your print.
2. Print on 1 side only.
3. Print on white shirts.
